* Board approved bankruptcy filing, US Treasury plan for sale process on may 31 * Says largest unsecured creditors include Wilmington Trust Co as agent on $22.76 billion bond debt; UAW on $20.56 billion employee obligations
* Says State Street owns, controls or holds 17 percent of company's voting securities
* Judge Robert Gerber assigned to GM bankruptcy case

energie und stahl bietet sich wohl eher für long an.
