His guess is that the lack of integrity is primarily a servicer issue, and this is a "guilt by association" attack. That being said, he has no way to know how long the headlines and backlash remain. Spec Prop is 60% of AIZ overall biz, so it is extremely important to them. The article stated the price for force-placed was 10x normal policy, he disagrees indicating it is closer to 3x, with AIZ quoting avg. annual premium of just $1900 per policy.
