2) Lavazza just invested $$ in GMCR, knew of the inquiry PRIOR to making investment, view as positive seeing as how have more inside visibility
3) continue to think fundamentals looking strong
4) company is 'fully cooperating' with SEC and has thus far provided all requested information/docs
*still buyers weakness, think wait a few days for stock to settle - piper
