Last Thursday (September 29th) I sent a request to BOM to withdraw some of my winnings. The same day I received an email from BOM saying that my request will be processed within 24-48 hours. Today is October 5th and my request is still pending!!! I sent a few emails to customer service and they are not responding (I only got one auto reply!). This is really annoying and unprofessional. I wonder is that a BOM's method to discourage people who often win bets (like myself)?

Please keep us up to date with developments.
(e.g. when you eventually get paid, and is it recurrent)
It is important that the betting members know what to
expect when they start to win.
Otherwise what's the point at all!
Has anyone else experienced this?

Please provide me with the loginID of your account and the reference number of your query (you were supposed to receive with together with the autoreply).

My Login ID is MLT34370.
Here is the first auto reply (from Sep 29):
Dear Mr Hrvoje Paver,
We acknowledge your request to withdraw EUR500 (via Wire) from your account MLT34370 with BetOnMarkets.com. Your request will be processed within the next 24 to 48 hours.
If this withdrawal request does not originate from you then please contact us immediately by return email.
Should you have any questions, please reply to this email quoting your loginID (MLT34370).
Sincerely,
The BetOnMarkets.com team.
As you can see, there is no query number mentioned.
I also tried to send 2 emails to
support@betonmarkets.com but haven't received any answers or auto reply.
Yesterday (Oct 5) I sent another email via your web site and got another auto reply (no query numbers on that one either)...

Hi
It seems that we did not receive any of your emails.
In any case, I have forwarded your message to our customer Support team, they confirmed that they received it now. Please wait for them to get back to you.

I just hope they will be able to tell me why my wire request has not been processed since September 29.
Even if they (BOM support) didn't receive my 2 emails, they should have processed my wire because I used your web site facility (Cashier!) to send a wire request and I received your confirmation on Sep 29...

Dont worry. I am not aware what was the problem back then, but I can assure you that there must be a good reason for this to happen. You can actually ask them as soon as they contact you.
