(TSX.V:FFOX)(OTCQB:FFOXF) ("FireFox" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated July 15, 2025, it has upsized its previously announced private placement. Under the amended terms, the Company will issue up to 175,000,000 units of the Company (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.04 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of up to $7,000,000 (the "Offering").
